Welcome to MasteryTrack Now ("we", "us", "our"). Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the mastery tracking platform at masterytrack.online. By accessing or using our service, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Offerings
MasteryTrack Now provides three main categories of offerings:
- Custom Services
- Informational Products
- Physical Goods
2.1 Custom Services
Custom services include live training sessions, personal progress reviews, and one-on-one coaching. All sessions are scheduled in advance and reserved exclusively for you.
Scheduling changes are possible if requested at least 48 hours before the session start time. To request a change, contact us via the contact form. Requests made less than 48 hours before a session may not be accommodated.
Because we allocate dedicated time and resources for each session, custom services are not eligible for a refund after confirmation. Instead, you may request a schedule adjustment as described above.
2.2 Informational Products
Informational products include digital courses, guides, and video tutorials. All materials are available for immediate download or streaming upon purchase.
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have consumed less than 20% of the content. To request a refund, contact us using the contact form.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 working days using the original method of payment.
2.3 Physical Goods
Physical goods include branded merchandise and printed materials. All items ship within 5 days of order placement.
If you wish to request a refund, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unopened and in original condition. After approval, you will receive instructions for shipping the item back. Shipping costs are not subject to reimbursement. Once we receive the item, you will be issued a refund within 10 working days.
Alternatively, you may request an exchange for a different item of equal value by using the contact form.
3. Refund Policy
All refund requests must be submitted via the contact form. We will review your request and respond within 5 working days.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 working days and issued through the payment method originally used. If the original payment method is unavailable, we may offer a store credit for the refunded amount.
Please note that scheduled custom services are not refundable after confirmation but may be rescheduled as described in section 2.1.
4. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service occasionally. The date at the top will reflect the latest revision. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to our principal place of business.
